This Privacy Policy explains how 1 Rs to 1 Cr ("we", "our", "the Platform") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our mobile application and website. By using the app, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you register and use the app:

Full Name — as provided during registration
Mobile Number — used for account identification and communication
UPI ID — used to receive prize winnings and process contributions
Aadhaar Number — collected temporarily for identity verification only (see Section 3)
Device Information — device type, OS version, app version for support purposes
Transaction Records — contribution history, draw participation, and payout records

2. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your account
To process your daily ₹1 contributions via UPI
To conduct the daily draw and transfer winnings to your UPI ID
To maintain the public ledger of contributions and disbursements
To send draw results and important notifications
To comply with legal and regulatory requirements
To prevent fraud and ensure platform integrity

3. Aadhaar Data Handling

We take Aadhaar data handling with the utmost seriousness in compliance with UIDAI regulations and the Personal Data Protection Bill (PDPB) 2023:

Your Aadhaar number is used solely for one-time identity verification
Aadhaar numbers are not stored on our servers after verification is complete
Only the last 4 digits may be retained as a reference for support purposes
Aadhaar data is processed through a UIDAI-certified KYC provider only
We do not share Aadhaar data with any third party other than the KYC provider

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We may share limited data with:

UPI Payment Processors — to process contributions and payouts (e.g., Razorpay, PayU)
KYC Providers — for Aadhaar verification only (UIDAI-certified)
Legal Authorities — if required by law, court order, or regulatory requirement

The Public Ledger in the app shows contribution and payout records with partial names only (e.g., "R*****h K.") to maintain transparency while protecting privacy.

5. Data Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS (256-bit SSL encryption)
UPI transactions are secured by NPCI infrastructure
Our servers are hosted on Railway.app with industry-standard security
We conduct periodic security audits
Access to user data is restricted to authorised personnel only

6. Data Retention

Account data — retained for the duration of your account plus 3 years for compliance
Transaction records — retained for 7 years as required by financial regulations
Aadhaar data — deleted immediately after verification is complete
You may request deletion of your account by contacting us (subject to legal retention requirements)

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your account and personal data
Withdraw consent for data processing (note: this will deactivate your account)
Lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority

8. Children's Privacy

Our platform is strictly for users aged 18 years and above. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover that a minor has registered, their account will be immediately deactivated and their data deleted.

9. Cookies & Analytics

The app does not use advertising cookies. We may use minimal analytics to understand app usage patterns (e.g., crash reports, session counts). No personally identifiable information is included in analytics data.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version.
